Bryant West Suck
12/24/2023 9:43:34 AM

Complaint against Bryant Mefical Center West Campus. On December 24th around 4am my Daughter Shaqueena Bully took her tottler son, my Grandson to Bryant West because he has been running a fever and not very active for the last few days. My daughter works for the health care system so she very aware on how to treat her son, so ever since he became sick she's been giving him suppository tylenol to bring the fever down, but the fever keeps coming and going so this morning she decided to bring him to the ER at Bryant West and those Nurse there was so Dismissive and nonchalant towards my Daughter and Grandson. We understand there's Not a lot that's available for Upper Respiratory Infections, Colds, or Fevers but it's just their attitude was so Lazy, unconcerned, and inconsiderate. I feel like if it was their kid they would've had more concerns or even gave us more options and suggestions for my Grandson. We are a black American family and those Nurses and Doctors felt Racist. My daughter
